Every message is read and answered by a person, not routed into a ticket queue. Messages that arrive over the weekend are answered on Monday morning, and anything about an order already on its way goes to the front of the queue.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are picked and shipped the same afternoon. After that they go out the next morning.
